Entrepreneur with a strong expertise on the future of work and digital transformation, he founded Changers, the first Italian community dedicated to professional growth and transformation. He was Director of the Research Center and the School of Communication and Management of IED, the European Institute of Design, and he co-founded Talent Garden Innovation School, a business school leader on digital and innovation topics, with six sites across Europe: Milan, Rome, Dublin, Copenhagen, Vienna and Madrid. He is a member of the board of Save the Children Italy, ScuolaZoo and i40Saas.
