After graduating with a Master''s degree in viticulture and enology, Guido opened in 2003, with his friend and business partner Federico From, the first Grom store in Piazza Paleocapa, Torino. Today the Gelaterie Grom in Italy and around the world are 68 and the collaborators of Guido and Federico about 650. At Grom, Guido studies the recipes, travels around Italy and the world to find the best raw materials and cares for the different fruit varieties grown in the organic farm in Costigliole d/Asti, Mura Mura: only the best are turned into sorbets! Guido is also in charge of communication and new projects developing such as Grom's bakery project and gluten-free cones production project.
In 2012 Guido and Federico told their adventure in the book Grom. The story of a friendship, some gelato and lots of flowers (ed. Bompiani).
