Riccardo Luna

Journalist, innovator and talent scout of young people who want to change the world

Riccardo writes on innovation for "La Repubblica" and was the founder and the director of three Italian magazines: "Campus", "Il Romanista" and the Italian edition of "Wired". He has been editor in chief of Agi, (Agenzia Giornalistica Italia) from 2016 to 2020 and is the Italian protagonist of the transformation of journalism in the digital age. From 2014 until 2019 he was Italy's Digital Champion, responsible for leading national initiatives to 'help every European become digital'. He is the author of 'Cambiamo tutto!" (Let's change everything), a book that deals with the innovators revolution and of how they are silently changing the world by doing business, sharing projects and creating new jobs. Riccardo is very passionate about innovation and start-ups and is consultant for important companies to develop innovative projects related to the web en the digital revolution. He has collaborated with Expo2015 and with the Italian Ministry of Education.

On the web has several ongoing projects: a blog on "Il Post", the direction of the website "CheFuturo! Il lunario dell''innovazione", the coordination of italia2013.me and is the leader of StartupItalia !.
He edited and conducted international conferences such as: Happy Birthday Web, Makers and iSchool and Next of La Repubblica delle Idee and was co-director of the European Maker Faire that was held in Rome in 2013.


He presents in Italian and in English.
